Best Western PLUS Novato Oaks Inn Recognized with Two Awards at Hotel Company's Annual Convention

Novato, CA 11/4/25 -- The Best Western PLUS Novato Oaks Inn in Novato was recognized with the brand’s highest honor, the M.K. Guertin Award, as well as the Champion Customer Care Award, at BWH® Hotels’ 2025 Convention held recently in Seattle, Washington. The awards were presented in front of more than 3,000 attendees.

The prestigious M.K. Guertin Award, named after our company’s founder, is given to the hotels that best represent the vision of M.K. Guertin and demonstrate exceptional levels of quality, guest satisfaction and dedication to the brand.
