Michael and Ann started Miann Builder over 27 years ago. Michael, with a degree in Corporate Finance, earned his Mortgage Broker & Real Estate licenses and opened his own Marin based Mortgage Broker company. Soon after, realizing that he much preferred working with his hands, he quickly pursued earning his General Contractors license and began building a new company, Miann Builder, General Contracting. Ann, with a degree in Mathematics, knew she loved working with people. By creating marketing campaigns, introducing technological advances and making powerful local business connections throughout the Bay Area she has built lasting trade
partnerships, pursued industry training and enhanced company sustainability.
The company has grown over the years, completing large projects in Marin, Sonoma, San
Francisco, Alameda and San Mateo counties. From the Vallejo Train Depot & Charles Hotel restoration work to Craftsmen & Victorians in San Francisco, Miann Builder’s attention to detail,
use of only quality materials and scheduled reliability has proven to generate excellent referral business.
