At Leveling Up with Michelle Inc. and our nonprofit Thrive Alliance Inc., we empower individuals—especially women and youth—to awaken their inner leader and thrive in life, love, and legacy.

Through trauma-informed coaching, healing-centered programs, and transformational education, we walk beside those navigating personal growth, recovery, or reinvention. Our signature initiatives—like Meet the Future You for teens and Glow & Grow for women—support mental wellness, self-worth, entrepreneurship, and emotional empowerment.

My purpose as a certified coach and community leader is to help others turn their greatest challenges into their greatest breakthroughs. Because the truth is: what tried to break you might be the very thing that builds you.
