Lead Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Primary role is to grow membership and drive studio sales.
- Manage sales process from lead management through closing.
- Provide excellent customer service and a professional front desk presence; address all client concerns.
- Manage daily schedule with bookings, changes and cancellations
- Drive member retention by following impeccable studio operations, individualized service and consistent follow-ups.
- Become proficient in Club Ready and Loyal Snap software platforms.
- Help manage social media presence
- Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized
- Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you; support your team daily
Background & Skill Set:
- Customer-facing sales experience required; preferably in the service, wellness or membership space
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to meet or exceed sales quota and other KPI’s
- Warm, energetic and engaging personality
- Self motivation, initiative and strong work ethic
- Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must!
