“Free Your Creative Brain: Brainstorm & Active Listening.” This month, we head to the fresh air with Joy Hollerith Regan, founder of Women Walking.
Walking and movement offer easy and healthy approach to letting loose your thoughts as you connect with fellow walkers, outdoors, and yourself.
