November 7 4 pm Shollenberger Park, Petaluma The light this time of year is lusciously soft which makes late afternoon walking at Shollenberger Park a treat for your senses. Relax into the evening quiet, soothed by birdsong, as we keep step with the rhythm of the outdoors; small groups of local women. Walks include silence and some mindful conversation. This is a special time for quiet, listening to the earth and connecting with your beautiful self.
