Taste & Savor Wine Paring Demonstration:From St. Francis Winery Exec Chef Bryon Jones
(May 17, 2016) NOVATO, Calif. – Chef Bryan Jones of St. Francis Winery joins Fresh Starts Chef Events from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 2, for an exclusive chef demonstration and wine pairing event.
Chef Bryan keeps the winery on the foodie map -- Open Table patrons last year voted the dining room there as #1 restaurant in the country! Put this date on your calendar and save the trouble of trying to score seats for one of the winery’s estate dinners or wine pairing events.
His menu:
- Cucumber Gazpacho with Cucumber-Mint Granita - 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Stack Vineyard, Bennett Valley
- Brick Chicken with Grilled Romaine, Salsa Verde & Herbed Croutons - 2013 Cabernet Franc, Wild Oak Vineyard, Sonoma Valley
- Brûléed Figs with Honey Crème Anglaise, Fig Mascarpone & Feuille de Brick - 2013 Zinfandel, Banti Vineyard, Dry Creek Valley
Reservations are $75, including dinner and tasting pours of each wine. The event takes place in the showcase kitchen at The Key Room, 1385 N. Hamilton Parkway, in Novato.
