Make Sausage with Dave the Butcher for Oktoberfest
David Budworth, Bay Area celebrity butcher, gets you ready for Oktoberfest in a special hands-on class to make sausage at Fresh Starts Chef Events in Novato. Guests will pair sausages with beers from Moylan’s Brewery, a local favorite for 21 years.
Known as ‘Dave the Butcher’ at Marina Meats in San Francisco, our presenter has years of experience in mixing specialty sausages. Along with making their own, guests will enjoy an Oktoberfest dinner: The menu:
