Homebuyer Readiness for Marin's Low Income Residents & 1st Time Homebuyers

The Presbyterian Church of Novato is partnering with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco (HGSF) for a first time Homebuyer Readiness Program that teaches low-income households how to qualify to own one of the 80 homes planned for construction in Novato starting in 2025. With knowledge and time to prepare, aspiring homeowners can remedy potential barriers and ensure the best chance of eligibility. In 2017, HGSF completed construction in Novato, allowing 10 local families to build lives in the community.
