Fresh Starts: Chef Seth Stowaway Brings Menu from Osito
A few tickets remain to meet Michelin-starred Chef Seth Stowaway of Osito on Thursday, Feb. 20, at Fresh Starts Chef Events.
Osito has been praised as one of San Francisco's most interesting restaurants for its focus on local bounty and foraged delicacies. Chef Seth will demonstrate recipes and talk about his journey as a chef. Bryan Jessop of Morchella Wild Foods, a key purveyor for Osito, also joins the event to share his expertise in gathering tasty mushrooms and more in the North Bay.
