50% off Clearance at the Book Place

Our storewide clearance is January 27-29 at the Book Place, and features 50% off everything in the store, including books, audiobooks, DVDs and CDs.  With sale prices starting at 25 cents for some children’s books, up to $1.00-2.00 for most other books, you can stock up to stash away for the rest of winter, and beyond.  Individually-priced books, current titles and collectibles are also half off the sticker price.  Sunday is a Bag Sale for $8.00/standard grocery bag. (Sorry, no oversized Costco-type bags.)    

Sale hours are Friday and Saturday, 10 am-4 pm, and Sunday (the Bag Sale), Noon-4pm.  We’ll be replenishing stock during store hours Friday and Saturday, so return to find more deals.  Cash and check only, please, so be prepared. 

The Book Place is run by the Friends of Marin County Free Library, and we’re located at 1608 Grant Avenue, near 7th Street, in downtown Novato.  There is parking behind the store (enter off 7^th Street) and a back entrance.   More information and a map is found on www.marinlibraryfriends.org; phone 415-209-0212 with any additional questions.
