LEADERSHIP NOVATO TEAM UNVEILS ITS NEW MARKETING VIDEO FOR GILEAD HOUSE!
For the past nine months, Team Sweetser of Leadership Novato has been producing a new video that promotes awareness about Gilead House, a Novato-based non-profit that provides transitional housing for homeless single mothers and their children.  Housing up to six families, Gilead House empowers mothers to reclaim control over their lives and their kids’ lives by offering stability, enhancement of life skills and providing mentoring. In addition to highlighting the wonderful work happening at Gilead House and providing powerful testimonials from mothers and mentors, the video also solicits a call to action.

The video will be unveiled for the first time at the Mothers Matter Event. This event will be held be at the Marin Country Club Friday, April 20th at 6 p.m.  Tickets are $35 each.
There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.  For tickets and registration information, go to www.gileadhouse.org/events/mothers-matter-2018

The marketing video will also be presented at the Graduation Ceremony for 2018
Leadership Novato class.  The event will occur Wednesday, May 9th at 5 p.m. in the Novato City Council Chambers.  The ceremony is FREE and open to the public.

Leadership Novato was approached by Gilead House to create a marketing video to help Gilead House gain exposure to Marin residents and businesses and showcase the services offered to a segment of the homeless population that is hidden to most of the public. The video depicts a clean and efficient facility designed to foster safety and autonomy for mothers and stability and happiness for kids.  The five-minute video includes mothers and children in the program, mentors, the Gilead House Executive Director, and the County of Marin Public Health Director.  Novato Community Television was invaluable in assisting with the filming, editing, and production of the video.
